Install the Android app
Download only from your provider's official website. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser. You can turn that permission off again after installing.
On Android TV
Transfer the APK to your TV using a USB drive or a trusted file transfer app, install it, then open VirgoTV from the TV launcher. Use your remote to sign in or enter the activation code supplied by your provider.
Your account
Use your OTT username and password or an activation code. Website logins are separate. Guest access is available only when enabled by your provider.
