Delete your account

This permanently deletes the selected VirgoTV account. OTT device registrations, sessions and viewing records are deleted with an OTT account. Website and OTT accounts are separate; delete each account you want removed.

For an activation-only account without a password, use Settings → Delete my account on the activated device. If you cannot access it, contact the provider that supplied your activation code.
