Content rights complaints
VirgoTV respects the rights of channel owners and content creators. If you believe a channel or material made available by this service infringes your rights, contact support@virgoiptv.com.
Information to provide
- Your name, contact details and authority to act for the rights owner.
- A description of the protected work or channel and the rights you represent.
- The VirgoTV channel name and exact page or app location involved.
- An explanation of the alleged unauthorized use, including the applicable territory or platform if relevant.
- Any supporting authorization or ownership information, and your signed statement that the information is accurate.
The operator can investigate, request clarification, restrict or remove the affected channel and respond to the contact supplied. Do not include passwords or private account credentials in a complaint.
